The mobile screw air compressor is an industrial equipment used for air compression, mainly applied in fields such as mining, shipbuilding, chemical industry, and transportation. It is driven by electric motors or diesel/gasoline engines that meet Euro II emission standards. It uses a 380V/50Hz three-phase power supply, has a protection level of IP54, and is suitable for outdoor operations in hot and dusty environments. The entire machine is equipped with multiple safety protection systems and a digital dashboard.
This equipment is centered on the direct connection of large-diameter screw rotors for drive, and features a stepless intake regulation system and plate-fin type cooler to ensure efficient operation and adaptability to high temperatures. Patent improvements include a base interlocking structure to enhance mobility, multiple layers of gradually varying density filter cotton tubes to enhance air filtration efficiency, and an integrated tank design with oil-gas separation and gas storage functions to reduce purchase costs. Through technologies such as ball rotation and sliding limit of support columns, the stability of the equipment is optimized, and safety lifting hooks and waterproof power boxes are equipped to meet industrial requirements.
